This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to be at the center of national and international collaboration, supporting institutions across the country while growing your own professional skill set Role Summary We’re looking for an Operations Executive to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of LEARN’s digital services. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining operational activities, including user management, stakeholder communication, service facilitation, and reporting. Working closely with internal teams, member institutions, and international collaborators, you will report directly to the Assistant Manager – Projects and Solutions and help ensure reliable, high-quality service across our network. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the dashboards of LEARN services, including adding or removing users and generating data for analysis and related functions. E.g: Generating LEARN.Zoom usage reports, Removing existing users or adding new users.
- Correspond with stakeholders and interested parties regarding LEARN service requirements and facilitate their needs when permitted e.g., Providing quotations, new user accounts, large meetings, specialized service requests.
- Prepare reports and documents, maintaining accurate records of LEARN services and new service implementations.
- Communicate service user details and requirements with LEARN members.
- Correspond with LEARN members regarding their LEARN service requirements
- Provide necessary technical and operational assistance to LEARN member institutions and users to effectively utilize LEARN services, coordinating training programs and direct assistance where required.
- Identify potential members/institutes for LEARN service adoption and expansions and make the necessary preparations.
- Prepare, maintain, and update agreements with members for LEARN value-added services.
- Coordinate with LEARN’s internal departments and teams regarding service operations and user requirements.
- Assist in coordination with national and international stakeholders.
Job Requirements: - Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum): 1
- Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree recognized by the UGC or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experiences in handling customer inquiries and managing stakeholders are an added advantage
- Technical Skills Requirement: Proficiency in Microsoft 365
