What You'll Do: - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with approved procedures, ensuring efficiency in LEARN's procurements.
- Gather and process procurement requests, obtain necessary approvals, and manage authority limits.
- Prepare comprehensive bidding documents and schedules, securing approvals from relevant committees.
- Coordinate bid activities, manage bid security, and ensure timely issuance of bid documents to suppliers.
- Facilitate bid opening, coordinate with evaluation committees, and obtain necessary approvals for procurement decisions.
- Execute contracts, manage day-to-day purchases, and maintain meticulous records of goods and services along with agreements and contracts.
- Manage documents related to procurements and assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of proven experience handling procurements (University or Government sector experience will be prioritized)
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and precision in document management
What We Offer, - Competitive Salary: We offer a starting salary ranging from LKR 98,300 to LKR 465,918 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. Based on your post-qualifying experience, you will be placed as an Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, or Manager level.
