Key Responsibilities:
● Enhance and Evolve: Work alongside our visionary Projects and Solutions team to continuously innovate and refine services, ensuring they meet the ever-changing demands of academia.
● Document and Disseminate: Craft detailed technical documentation that not only supports operations but also fosters a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
● Innovate and Implement: Deploy cutting-edge Identity Provider (IDP) servers to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) functionalities, creating seamless access across diverse academic landscapes by enabling centralized services provided by LEARN.
● Tailor and Transform: Customize solutions in collaboration with member institutions to meet their unique technological needs, setting new standards in educational technology integration.
● Solve and Support: Provide rapid, reliable technical assistance, becoming the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
● Educate and Empower: Conduct dynamic training sessions and workshops to empower educational leaders, promoting proficiency and autonomy in using our advanced systems.
● Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of technological trends in network infrastructure, identity management, and service provisioning, keeping LEARN at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (with 4-year equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Networking Know-How: Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
● Advanced Skills: Experience with video conferencing platforms and sophisticated authentication and access control systems.
● Proven Expertise: Demonstrated ability in configuring and managing IDP servers, with a strong preference for experience in an academic or research network setting.
● SSO Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SSO authentication protocols like SAML and OAuth.
● Superior Communication: Exceptional skills in communication and collaboration, able to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
● Problem-Solving Prowess: Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and challenges.

Salary & Benefits
· We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from LKR 214,300 to LKR 343,254 per month, depending on your post qualifying experience.
